Arresto Menor

I came from the dfa yesterday to renew my passport when told I was on the watch list. When I asked them to double check they said it had been suspended so they approved my renewal. I did some research and am assuming it was lifted because of the 60 day expiration. I need help figuring out if this will prohibit me from traveling and if I will have issues with immigration. I was told that the dfa watch list is different from immigration's. Need advice pls.
