Notice of Cancellation - Renovation of Condo unit

Arresto Menor

I requested to update my contract to sell with the sales team on having a bare unit (condo) which doesn't include any finishing from their company (or they refer it as renovation). The company approved and provided a contract to sell indicating the new price and getting signed by both the company and me (which is also notarized). And I ensured that I pay the exact amount or more than what was indicated in the contract to sell.

However, last September I received a notice of cancellation from their Account team indicating that "you have consistenly failed, and refused to comply, in good faith with your aforesaid obligation, having been in arrears in the payment of your stated monthly amortization, since June 2016 continously up to the present" this is a part of the letter and another thing with the letter it was notarized.

I contacted them asking why send out a letter that indicates that I have failed to pay the agreed amount, and the response of the account team was it part of their process so it can be officially cancelled from my record. However, since it was notarized, it's already a public record and indicating that I failed to pay where infact they agreed to remove the finishing or renovation from my contract to sell on the first place which I have in my documents.

Up until now, I am still requesting for them to provide a new letter with notary to ammend what they stated in their previous letter. Both legal team and account team told me that they don't do/create such letter for this situation.

It's been two months and this hasn't been resolved. Can I file a case for this?
