Hello po. Am i entitled to a refund if i will cancel my contract for the condo that i am living in. Move-in last August 2015 and due to personal reasons i can no longer pay my monthly amortization and planning to move out this December 2016. I already paid 20% downpayment of the total amount to SMDC and paid a year of amortization for my home loan with BDO. Salamat po sa mag-rerespond.

Check the clause of your contract, but usually, they refund your down payment after a certain period of time once you made the transaction, after that, it is non-refundable.
