need legal advice regarding my friend property he bought a condo and paid the initial 30% of the unit but the company imposes due and demandable 70% upon move in but he is not able to pursue the property thoruogh bank finacing due to uncapability of the owner to pay but the company threatens to impose 4% montly interest as penalty until bank finacing is settle by this month can we do anything
also we know maceda law which states on r.a 6552 section 3 that refund must be implemented if the buyer will not pursue but the company if he divest he will get nothing and the property is forfeited.
