what if po sabihin nila na di nila ibibigay yung 13th month ko pag di ako pumirma ano puede ko sabihin o gawin

Usually you have to sign it first before they give the backpay. If they did not give your pay after you signed the quitclaim, then you can resolve it by legal means with the company.

SO yung binigay na quitclaims po pipirmahan ko tapos ipa lbc ko po then wait ko na ibigay nila yung backpay etc ko po ganun po ba yun thanks po

How will you get the backpay if you are in Davao? Are you expecting the company will send it to you via LBC? If so, well good luck to you if the company will ever approve that request.
