Arresto Menor

Hi. May nabili po kaming land under Cloa almost 2 hectares. Nakasaad kasi na after 10 years pwede na iyon ibenta so nung binili namin buo kasi hindi daw pwedeng parcel lang. Tapos nalaman namin na noon pala yung may ari e naka benta ng 150 sq mtr sa iba at may Deed of sale na hawak yung unang nakabili. E ako binili ko ng buo at nakasama yung lupa nung unang nakabili dun san nabili ko at may title na ako. Ang tanong ko po may habol ba yung unang nakabili? Balak ko kasi siya paalisin.
