Hi,
For 2 months now we are unable to secure a building permit from Valenzuela City Hall because they have a zoning requirement that all neighbors around the perimeter of the construction site should sign a consent form, unfortunately 1 of the 4 neighbors do not want to sign the consent form. Is there anything we can do about this?
