Mga Atty., question lang po. May MOA between two parties na signed na. However, at the bottom of the document, meron dun paragraph for the notary public telling na it was signed and seal in front of him/her. Kaso wala pang sign and seal ng notary since the parties didn't signed it in front of the notary.
Pag ganito po ba, valid yung MOA? Inipipilit kasi nun parties na valid na yun kahit walang sign ng notary... formalities lang daw yun. Which I think is not.
