Hi,

Is it legal to change the content of the Job Offer even though it was signed by both parties already in the first place?

What will be my standing if I refuse to consider the new offer. I have resigned to my current work already and turned down couple of offers when I signed the JO from this company and now they want to change the content of the offer. According to what I hear, it will be lower.

hope you can help.

Thanks,

John Mendoza

"According to what I hear" - so far it's hearsay and unless you see something definite, you can do nothing.
