Arresto Menor

Gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung ano ang mangyayari if may iniwan na unpaid credit cards at bounced checks sa uae noong 2006. Meron po ba habol ang collection agency sa mga creditors at kung makapagfile po ba sila ng criminal case dito sa pilipinas. 2006 umalis ako ng dubai kaya simula noon d na ako nakapag bayad ng cc at checks.

May habol ang collection agency sayo since naniningil sila in behalf sa pinagkakautangan mo.

regarding sa pwedeng mangyari, expect na haharasin ka ng collection agency at gagawin nila lahat ng pananakot para makakuha ng bayad sayo. pero in terms of kakasuhan, hindi ka nila pwede kasuhan sa pinas since sa UAE ka malamang kinasuhan. unless matutungtong ka sa any GCC country eh hindi ka naman eextradite ng pilipinas sa UAE para harapin yung kaso mo sa utang.
