unpaid credit cards

hello po sir, my problem is unpaid credit cards...di ko na talaga kayanin ang charges nila, may 4 ako card two hsbc, bdo at citibank...ang total credit ko sa lahat ng cards ko ay 125 thousand pesos. ang lahat ng cards ko except for bdo at almost 4 years na sakin at dati ay kaya ko pa bayaran kaso last 2009 ay naaksidente ako kaya nasira ang budget ko, at mula feb 2011 ay di na ako makabayad sa minimum due ko....pwede ba nila ako ihabla at makukulong ba ako dahil dito kung di ako makakabayad? help me please, ang sakit na ng ulo ko sa kakaisip at sa katatawag ng collection officers nila...thanks in advaNCE.

what you have to avoid is changing office or residence without informing the credit card company. but you can change your contact numbers.

in-inform ko naman sila nun lumipat ako ng bahay kaso ang sabi di maopen ang account ko kasi nasa collections daw, ganun ba talaga yun pag nasa collections ay di nila maoopen ang accnt o di maa update ang profile ko?

make sure you have proof that they know of your new address. there is no standard way how they operate, but i recommend you keep trying to deal with the credit card company directly.
