need advice for my unpaid credit cards

ask ko lang po 5 years ago may mga credit cards po ako na di binayaran because of financial problem then nagresign din po ako sa work ko kse pressured ako sa nanakot na collection agency, di ko na rin po kaya ituloy rent dun sa apartment kaya lumipat din po kami tirahan umuwi muna ako sa province namin without informing credit company pero sa mga application po nila d ba nakalagay naman provincial address if ever man pwede pa rin nila ako malocate dun past years past wala na po ako comminication to them, if ever man po na idemanda nila ako for ra8484 pwede po ba ako makipagcommunicate sakanila at issettle yun mga utang ko para lang withdraw yun ikakaso nila sa againts ra8484?or pwede rin po ako kasuhan ng estafa ng mga credit cards company?sana po mabigyan nyo ko ng advice about sa problema ko maraming salamat po.

i recommend you inform them of your new address else there will be a presumption of fraud under ra 8484.
