Good day po! my prob po kc ako...nag aplay po ako sa abroad kasalukuyan po pina process na ung visa ko..gusto ko po kc mgtrabaho abroad para po mkabayad ako sa utang ko.kc ung sweldo ko hindi sapat kulang pa po sa araw araw na ga2sin.Pino-problema ko po kung mabibigyan kaya ako ng visa at nbi clearance?mkakalabas po kaya ako ng pinas na wlang prob? almost 2years na kc ako hindi nka pagbayad.

sana po matulungan nyo ako. mg aantay po ako sa reply nyo..salamat po!

only way to find out about nbi is to file for clearance.

you can check at the bureau of Immigration if you are on the derogatory list.

Same lang po ba ang batayan sa pagkuha ng nbi...local mn o abroad? Nakakuha na ako ng local mdalas my hit po ako..pero ala nmn po prob..pag kumuha ba ako for abroad mabibigyan po kaya ako khit my unpaid credit cards ako?

Your visa has nothing to do with the local authorities, your prospective employer can apply or get a visa for you. Regarding your NBI, as long as you are not convicted with final judgement you don't have records at the NBI. Tulad ng sabi na sa yo, malalaman mo ito pag nag apply ka for an NBI clearance dahil pag may kaso ka or nasa list ka nila ay tatawagin ka sa quality control to explain your side.
