Arresto Menor

I received a summon to vacate our house which haven't pay the monthly amortization since 2010. According to them I didn't reply/ignore their letters but it isn't true. I've been emailing them I also going to their office all I can get was confirmation that they got my request and will write to me back. But haven't receive any not until today and it's the said summon. What will I do? Please help! Thank you!
