Good evening po,
MAy mga question lang po tungkol sa case na RA 9262 (psychological violence-marital infidelity).Kung yung complainant po ba pag hindi umatend ng mga hearings pwede po ba madismiss yung case?Paano po yung process nun?Umaatend naman yung accused.Pano po ang gagawin?

is the case at the prosecutor or already in the court?

what's the difference po atty?if nas prosecutor or in the court?but i think nasa prosecutor po.

if at the prosecutor, the case continue unless the prosecutor takes the absence of the complainant that the complaint is not serious.

if in court, and the prosecutor has no other witness except the complainant, then it is possible the case will be dismissed.
