the amount of support will be dependent on the needs recipient and the capacity of the person who will give the support... you may want to make it incremental also like 10% increase every 3 years plus you need to consider the education expense and health needs. the damages im not sure what case did you file ba?
not a lawyer though, based ung comment ko from what ive read lang since i am also undergoing a case againts my husband.

parang wala ata damages for ra9262... but u can deman dsiguro if they will negotiate pero depende pa din kung grant ung ng judge mas ok siguro na u compute nalang ung expenses mo from the time
he stop the support (on the assumption na tumigil sya mag-support) then un ung ask mo. damages yata are for the civil case.

i did not know na pwede ang damages... pero i am not sure how that can be computed... pero for the monthly support kasi i did a computation... food, clothing allowance, transpo, medicine/vaccines, toiletries, yaya... ung total i divide it by 2 incremental of 10% every 3 years... tas on top pa ung ng school expenses na yearly tuition fee, school stuff (bags, uniform, books), school projects etc, divided by 2 din... tas i also made a computation from the time he stop providing support to present kung magkano na ung di na provide.

plus medical insurance kasi usually kung may work... privilege naman un sa company as an employee so pwede ikuha ung anak.

i dont think so atty... but i know he has many ways to get the 50k. and nagtxt na nga po ung babae nya sa akin...lahat daw ng concerns ko about sa anak namin.sa kanya lahat dadaan.

If you are not married, the father is only responsible to support your child, not you. AttyLLL is right, support is dependent on the capacity of the father and the child's needs, not your needs. Please be careful in asking for too much as damages because he might sue you for extortion.

ATTY i am not after about myself.. all i want now is financial support for our child kc po hindi lang po ako ang naanakan nya. may isa pa po ang 2 po ang anak nya dun.
