CONSEQUENCES OF AWOL

Ask ko lang po. I just signed a 2 year contract in a diagnostic clinic, but i decided to take an AWOL due to the following reasons:
* sobrang stressful ng work na pati health mu is at stake.
* and ang daming paperworks. Di sinabi ng manager sa akin kng anu tlaga course ng work co.

When i get to the office, pina signed agad ako ng contract na di pa ng sstart ung 5 day training ko. I was hired last month, september 19. Bali mg oone month plang ako sa work this month. And i want to quit. Pwede ba nila ako kasuhan ng breach of contract? Or are they entitled to charge damages against me? Stating na wala pa nman akong accountability knowing that i just started last month. I need your legal advice.. hope you could help me. Thank you and more power.

if kaya mo tiisin finish the contract, if hindi mo kayang tiisin, antayin mo nalang yung summons ng korte, ipagtanggol ang sarili at bayran if the court rules against you

Wag ka mag-alala, kung wala naman silang ginastos at gagastusin sa pag-alis mo e wala silang masisingil na 'damages' sayo. Kasi ang 'damages' ay kailangang patunayan sa korte.

no such thing as walang ginastos. the fact na you signed a contract, and you talked to and used up the time of their personnel means merong ginastos. ang tanong is the amount na ginastos worth going to court over

Ano pwedeng gawin ko about this? Just in case they would sue me.

antayin mo nalang and answer them. They will try to prove damages, you have to counter their argument.

Pwede ko namang ipa interpret ung contract ko sa lawyer ryt? Pra maintindihan ko tlga anu nkasaad sa kontrata.
