nope hindi sya required. Unless for a specific industry. At hindi yung company ang ni require na magkaroon ng exam. More often it is required that the employee bring a medical certificate.

Walang liability unless it was caused by the negligence of the company or because of unsafe working conditions.

depends on the size of the company but usually hindi required ang company doctor.  But required ang first aid practitioner.  meron na bang nasugatan or naaksidente at walang available to give aid?

if high blood hindi dapat pinapapasok yan until makapagproduce ng fit to work medical cert. Even if wala silang liability, they should take note of that. If biglang inatake yung employee, it may cause accidents depending on the nature of the position

Having a company Doctor is not one of the standards required under our Labor Code. You can't force your employer to provide one for you. Baka naman may HMO kayo.
