our shift is 8pm to 5am...lunch is not paid (understandable) short breaks are not paid.so log in lang talaga ang bayad.the maximum we can get on that suppose to be 8hrs is just 7hrs and 40mins and at the end of the shift they're going to ask for ot na 1hr ang lalabas na babayaran nila is 40mins lang ot...if you go to clinic in the middle of the shift d babayaran ng company and meetings after shift compulsory attendance not paid din...is this legal?
