I am working in Abroad for about 9 years. Last November 2015. I have been told by one of my friend (neighbor) that he always see a man getting in and out in our house every night. In our home, it's my wife and 2 sons ages 13 and 2 years old staying. Can you advice me on how am i able to file an annulment against my wife? Do i need to go to Philippines and attend the hearings if ever i filed the case? Thanks in advance.
