Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, it was officially my 5th month as a probationary employee. I haven't received any 5th month review from HR/ my supevisor yet nor any update on my employment status, am I already considered a regular employee by law or should it reach my 6th month tlga muna even if they fail to perform the last review?

Failure to do an evaluation does not translate to automatic regularization.
