My first contract indicates that I can be regularized after a minimum requirement of a Masteral degree. So, since five years ago I was on full-time probationary status and in which I got hold of my Masteral degree on my third year. Until now I was not regularized and the worse is that the university is now retrenching us due to a decline of students who are enrolling . How do we handle this one? Thank you.
