Hi.. I am currently employed for 5 months now and I just like to ask if I still need to give 30 days prior notice for resignation? I have a good offer from another company and I would just like to know if I can resign from my current job immediately. Thanks for you help.

You still need to file it properly.
ANd if they insist of course you have to comply if that is the agreement between you and the employer.
Well if they will allow you to exit the soonest then that would be great.
