She has a co-maker and the loan company wants us to pay the remaining balance.. whenever my mother was dead and the co-maker was alive and they still want us to pay.. how was that?

Did you inherit any money, car, land, house or such from her? I mean any OTHER than personal low cost items.

Was the inherited collateral for the loan they demand pay for?

You have asked under the business section. Did she have business?
If so is the dept for a money loan or unpaid products?
