I have been collection letters for debts from credit cards that my deceased husband incurred. He passed in January 2009 and now (July 2009) the collection letters continue to come. He has no estate. I don't have anything thing from him other than good memories.
How do I proceed?
I'd like to ignore them. The letters go to my P.O. Box and the collection agencies do not have my cell phone number. I do not have a landline.
