Good day po. Ang question ko po ay tungkol sa aking petition for annulment. Halimbawa po ay na denied po ito sa Quezon City trial court pwede ko po ba ire file ang kaso sa ibang lugar? Thanks po

Ano po yun sinasabi nila na 15 days after nun decision na denied ay pwedeng mag motion of appeal? That it means na bubuksan uli yun case at mag hearing uli?

mag file kayo nang motion for reconsideration and then if denied pa rin. you have 15 days from receipt of the order denying the motion for reconsideration to appeal the case to the court of appeals.
