tnung ko lang po upter i resign..pwedi po b i hold ng compny ko pinsukan ung c.o.e ko at ano po yung exit clearance?

OO, pwedeng gawin ito ng kumpanya at ito ay LEGAL.

Ang proseso ay kailangan muna tapusin ng isang empleyado ang exit clearance pra maibigay ang COE. Ang clearance ay isang paraan ng kumpanya na tignan at hanapin kung my mga accountabilites and isang empleyado. Ito ay ginagawa pra protektahan ng kumpanya ang sarili niya. Kung wla namang makitang accountabilities sa isang empleyado ay pwede nang ibigay ng kumpanya ay COE pagkatapos ng clearance processing.

Walang batas na nagsasabi kung gaano kabilis o katagal dapat ibigay ang clearance pero usually kung nahiwalay na sa kumpanya ang empleyado, dapat ay i-release na agad ang clearance para masimulan na ang process. Ang process ay usually umaabot sa 1-2 months depende sa dami ng empleyadong nagcle-cleraance.
