I just went to NSO to get my daughter's authenticated birth certificate and the counter told me that NSO found another entry and advise me to seek help at the municipal. When I checked with the municipal they said that I have to get a lawyer for cancel of entry to NSO and have to go through court. How long does this proceedings usual take and any idea how much will it cost?

do you mean there are two birth certificates for your child? why or how did that happen? they won't give you a copy of the correct one?

I didn't know that about 1st registration. What we did is that we applied for legitimation after we got married.

again, when you said there is another entry, do you mean there are two birth certificates?
