Hi Folks! I just received a letter from NLRC regarding "Entry of Judgement" appeals from other other side was not accepted. Initial decision granted me an award. What re the procedures so I can start working on it as Christmas is coming.

hindi po ako naka receive ng letter of notice kung kelan yung pre-execution conference. Pero ok lang sinabihan ako ng lawyer na rereschedule na lang daw nya.

Tinanong ko sya kung anung pinag-uuspan sa conference. Hindi po sya sumagot.

Curious po ako, ano po ba pinag uusapan duon?

you should discuss this with your lawyer unless you tell us he is negligent. employers normally try to offer a quicker settlement
