Hi, i already wrote and posted my problem here just a few weeks ago, unfortunately i read the recommendation quite late. At any rate my problem arose when i was put on floating status and now the tricky part is when the hr manager asked me to resign instead of putting up a fight with my boss. I asked him what will i get if i resign? He told me that i need to demand how much i am asking which i told him and he told me its doable or least very close to that amount. All need to do is write a resignation letter and put there all the good things that the company has done for me and thank them. I did what he told me and submitted it to him. He also asked me to make a letter requesting for company support which i also did. Now when the time comes that i was about to collect my pay, they suddenly deducted alot of things that shoudnt be deducted. The amount that they told me to asked was not even close to what we have discussed. I never wanted to go through the lengthy process of filing an nlrc case against them which is my primary reason why i agreed when the hr managertold me to resign. I never took the money they were giving me since i am protesting the outcome of our agreement and i am now contemplating on filing a case against them. My question is, does this still fall under constructive dismissal since i was asked to resign by the hr manager. Thanks and hope you could help again. God bless
