Arresto Menor

Hello po , ask ko lang po kung ano po pwede ifile na ground sa situation namin ng asawa ko. Gusto ko na ipannul yong marriage namin kc more than 6 years n kami nd nagsasama at may anak na sya sa ibang lalaki. Now she sent a message that she wanted to file an annulment while she is in the philippines , she want me to pay 100K in one time asap. Kaya iniisip ko na unahan nalang sya magfile ng annulment . Please advise , would highly apprciate your prompt reply.
