Hi Atty,
It's all verbal. There's no will from grandma before she died, she just said that the house and lot in Manila goes to her youngest daughter.
The farm land all goes to the rest of her children. But now that this aunt has no money... she wants her share of the farm land.
She said she bought the house and lot in Manila while grandma was still alive, but she never told that to anyone, she just told people she bought it years after grandma died.
So we are all doubtful about that, my father is dead but I am also one of the heirs, since he died before grandma died.
Since my aunt want her share of the farm, I also told her that I also want a share of the house and lot in Manila.
Where do I get proofs that she sold the house and lot after grandma died? She has 3 more siblings which also heirs of that house and lot. I dont know why she could sell it without the consent of her 3 siblings? Maybe she claimed she is the only daughter? Maybe she committed fraud?
Grandma remarried, this aunt is half sister of her siblings, but I believe it's a conjugal property.
