Situation:
Victim is 17y/o as of this writing. Student. We never knew she has a boyfriend until they were caught together at the girl's boarding house. They were scolded by the girl's uncle and thought its just a one time incident so he let the guy go. But since that morning, when we thought she went to school, she never came back. Our prime suspect is that she went along with the guy. 9 days that she went missing until she was "rescued" and the guy was captured. Dun nmin nalamn na may asawa at anak na itong lalaki and 26y/o. Unfortunately, the girl is pregnant already. With in that 9 days, we can not contact her phone but a certain no.keeps texting the girl's mother saying, im not with ur daughter. Other txt says, di ko siya ibabalik kasi baka saktan niy0, ako na lng gagawa nun kung sakali..as per conversation after the rescue, the girl said, ang sabi daw ng lalaki eh binata siya at anak ng kapatid niya ung kasakasama niyang bata na ang totoo eh anak pla nia. The man can be criminally charged with Simple Seduction under the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines:

Art. 338. Simple seduction. — The seduction of a woman who is single or a widow of good reputation, over twelve but under eighteen years of age, committed by means of deceit, shall be punished by arresto mayor.

Pwede rin Consented Abduction

Art. 343. Consented abduction. — The abduction of a virgin over twelve years and under eighteen years of age, carried out with her consent and with lewd designs, shall be punished by the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods.

pero possible ang consented abduction kung virgin pa siya at the time of the abduction. Kung hindi na, dun na lang sa Simple Seduction.

Ang arresto mayor at prisión correctional ay hatol po ng pagkakakulong, yan po ang basehan ng judge kung ilan taon ang ipapataw sa nagkasala.

Kung gusto po ninyo, ay dumiretso na lang po kayo sa Prosecutor's Office sa lugar ninyo para makapagbigay kayo ng salaysay kung gusto ninyong makasuhan yung lalaki.
