i am daniel from japan and a filipino, my question is: is there a law when your parents are forcing you to give them at least 1 fourth of your salary monthly knowing that i am married with two kids and my parents are both strong and still working, my father is 54 yrs old my mom is 47. my dad earn more than i do but still force me to give him 50 thousand yen a month. please help me

what is the purpose for requiring you to provide them 1/4 of your salary? what is the thinking behind it? your father is still working?

yes he is still working and earn money more than i, hes reasons is to help him renovate our house. i guess it is fine for me to help but i had 2 kids 6 and 2 years old. i am also married. can you help me with tis please i just need a proof that it is illegal for him to do that please.

it is not illegal, but it requires your consent. you have to learn how to say no to your father. do it the pinoy way - ignore him.
