I had a lady living with me. I called her my care giver. She considered herself my wife. I told her that she was not my wife because she was already married to someone else and only separated. When she was living here I would give her a large amount of money each month and told her to pay all our bills and expenses. I asked her to leave my employment when I discovered that money that had been stolen over the past year, was probably not taken by my maid or mistresses that visited me. Money was missing from my wallet, taken from hiding places that only she knew about. Now that she is no longer living here I have discovered that several legal documents i.e. Car title, Motor Cycle title and other papers are missing from my files. Who can I get to order her to give back all that she has taken.
There was a problem with the title to my house and she was working, supposedly, with me to straighten it out. We went to her attorney and he made out a power of attorney for her. I think it was just a limited power of attorney but it is also missing so I am not sure.
She loaned out money, that I approved of, to various people. She had a book that she kept track of how much they paid. It did not have their names or phone numbers. They have been paying to her and she was suppose to have given me the money. She has not been doing it. She claims she made loans to people when she did not. I do not know what she did with the money. She will not give me the names of people that still owed me money.what case should i gave her in this matter. thanks
