hello po,

magtatanong lang po sana ako kung anong dapat gawin ng asawa ko ..ako po ung pangatlo niyang pinakasalan..gusto po kasi namin na maiayos ang lahat at mapawalang bisa ang mga nauna niyang kasal..lahat po ay may record sa NSO..civil wedding po lhat at ang sabi po nya ay d dumaan sa tamang proseso ang una nyang kasal nagbayad lang daw po sila sa mga nagayos ng documentS nila..

he is already liable for bigamy twice. you can also be charged if you knew he was married before your wedding.

to nullify his two former marriages he has to hire a lawyer and file petitions in court to have them nullified.

possible if someone files bigamy charges against him. if you knew he was married before your wedding, you can be charged also.

just wondering how you were able to get married in the first place if the 2 previous marriages are recorded in NSO.. the administering officer didn't require you of CENOMAR?? Null and void ang kasal nyo in the 1st place..
