Arresto Menor

Gud evening po. ask ko po kung pwede ko complain sa police then ipaaresto ang asawa ko na 2 beses nagpakasal. ofw po sya at bihira umuwi ng pilipinas. kung kakasuhan ko sya, bka di na umabot ang subpoena eh makaalis na uli sya. pwede bang ipahuli ko muna sya bago kasuhan? pls po need ko talaga ng advice..
