EMPLOYER'S CONTRACT

This is the story:

May mga employee na nanloko ng kumpanya namin mainly some managers and our general manager. They put up a new company while they were employed with us and use human and other resources of the company but not monetary actually. Kaming mga natira na walang clear involvement, pinapapirma kami ng contract minimum 1 year no resignation dahil sa nangyari para daw they know na walang aalis while investigation is on going. Kasama sa kontrata na after the contract barred pa na magtrabaho sa same industry. Kapag umalis kami ng wala sa prescribed duration idedemanda daw nila kami ng Breach of Contract. Naging against our will itinapat pa nila na ngayung sweldo incase na umayaw ka hindi ka na rin susweldo. Legal ba tong ginawa nila. Oo may choice ako pero nawalan ako ng choice na ilang araw hindi kakain yung pamilya ko. Nagsabi ako na talaga namang paalis ako pero Government yung lilipatan ko but it will be 3 months pa. Pero hindi daw need ko daw pumirma ng kontrata. Medyo naguguluhan ako. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang tamang gawin ko. Please give me some guidance.

wag ka nalang pumirma. Mas sakit sa ulo if pumirma ka and idemanda ka ng breach of contract. May chance na tanggalin ka if hindi ka pumirma. Pwede mo i-file ng complaint lang if tatanggalin ka because hindi ka pumirma ng bagong contract

you can make a report to the nearest DOLE office or the NLRC. I do not recommend you sign that document.
