Can I sue my husband's mistress??

Magtatanong lang po ako. Kasi, recently I've found out that my husband is having an affair with another girl. Nabuking ko po kasi nabasa ko mga text messages ng babae sa asawa ko, then kapag kinonfront ko na, tinetext ko gamit phone ko, ang sinasabi nung babae kesyo wrong sent daw ako at wala syang kilala na ganong pangalan, pero I saved all her text messages sa asawa ko. then one night, tumawag sakin ung babae, at sinasabi na hinahabol daw sya ng asawa ko then nilait lait pa ko. then pagcheck ko sa phone ng asawa ko, ang dami nyang text dun na nagmamakaawa sya na puntahan sya ng asawa ko at mahal daw nya ito at tanggap nya na may asawa ito. Pwede po ba ko magreklamo s baranggay sa ginagawa nyang panggugulo samin? Ilang beses ko na sya kinausap na magharap harap kami, pagusapan kung ano ba talga at sinabihan ko na din na tigilan nya kami magasawa pero ndi pa din sya natigil. Pwede ko po ba sya ihabla dahil sa panggugulo nya?

why not focus on fixing your relationship with your husband. if he is really sincere, he should cut off all communication and change his numbers to prevent her from contacting him.

if you want to take legal action, you can file a complaint for monetary damages for alienation for interference in your family affairs.

im just bothered why wives always wanted to file charges against the mistress only. what about the husband?? he is not innocent victim here, he is part of the story... think seriously about it.. is the mistress go to jail, so does your husband. fair enough.

im a lagal wife too so please don't get me wrong.

I strongly agreed to steh.. sometyms victim lng din ang mistress sa ,apanlinlang na salita ng lalakeng may asawa.. kung sinsabi sa txt na tanggap ng babae na may asawa ang lalake.? meaning.. sa bandang huli na lng nya nalaman na may asawa ang lalake. or marahil yun ang ginagawa ng lalake sa mistres kapag sawa na ito. at natural si mistress hahabol sa pananagutan. dpdt pati husband managot sa pag kakamali dahil minsan biktima lng din si mistress.
