Hi Everyone,


seeking a legal advice here, we Are muslim... this is all about my brother  who got divorced from his wife, anyway it was his wife who divorced him, at hindi apelyido ng brother ko ang ginagamit ng bata, kahit na kasal sila, ngayon ang brother ko nagwwork sa Saudi at may Girlfriend, hindi nya na sinusuportahan ang anak nya dahil hindi nmn nya apelyido at may bf na ang dati nyang asawa... paano po ba ang gagawin?ngayon naghahabol ang asawa nya ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin?

assuming that the divorce is valid, he still has the obligation to provide support for his child.
