at ano pong mangyayari after?

memorandum is the paper of your lawyer where he summarizes your arguments. after which, judgment will be rendered.

if this is at the MTC, no, you can still stay free after bail. if RTC, yes, you will be remanded to custody.

Salamat Atty. Sa RTC po. Case ko is estafa thru falsification of commercial documents.

no, it is not forfeited unless you hide. if you are jailed, you can request for the bail to be released. you can also file a motion to extend the bail, but it will be discretionary if it will be granted.

Maraming salamat Atty. LLL.

Reclusion Temporal

If I may add sirs, the grant of bail pending appeal may be on the same amount or double the amount depending on the judge. But you will probably be given time to raise the amount. Just make sure that on the date of promulgation you also have family with you so in worse case scenario they can post bail for you. Good luck.
