hi attorney, enough na po ba yung formal agreement letter na pipirmahan namin both ng ex partner ko upang malegalize ang seperation namin ganung hindi naman po naka register sa NSO ang kasal namin..

that agreement would have no effect in the face of proof that all elements of a valid marriage exist. failure of registration does not void the marriage.
