Last year our company released this formal notice of termination and written on that paper, they said that the company is being investigated and got this order of Closure or Cessation of Business Operations within 30 days.
We were asked to sign the said paper with a verbal agreement that we will be transferred to another company. So kahit po close yung company nagwowork pa din po kami sa kanila and even up to now. The management did not discussed anything about our tenureship, and it's like when we got transferred, we're back from the start.
Should we get a severance pay from that formal termination?
