Hello! Good day to all! I was just wondering if I could still change my surname back to the chinese one. I'm a chinese but with a filipino last name. My grandparents changed their surname a long time ago for business related reasons. I'd like to know if it's possible to get back our original chinese surnames? If it is, what are the conditions, requirements, and agency I can go to?
