pwede po ba to mag ground for termination??



may isa pa po akong question,
kamakailan po ay nagpatupad sa work ko ng 15 min late d na pwede pumasok consider as absend na. legal po ba ito



mga ilang beses po ba need mag awol para ma terminate ?

Pag naging habitual o madalas ang pagiging late, pwedeng ma-terminate ang empleyado basta sundin ng kumpanya ang tamang proseso ng pagtanggal (notice, hearing, decision).

Pwedeng dumaan muna sa mga sumusunod ang parusa sa pagiging tardy:

- written warning
- final warning
- suspension
- termination

lateness shows a lack of concern for work and can be considered gross and habitual neglect if it is frequent. that 15 min rule, in my opinion, is too harsh

YES, if it is habitual.

YES, but this is disputable as it is too harsh. Unless it is not overturned by a competent court, the rule stays.
You may file a complaint if you are placed in the position where you are considered absent for being late for 15 mins or more.

DEPENDE sa policy ng company. Usually 2 or 3 days na awol ay pwede na ma-terminate by reason of 'Job Abandonment'.
