Hi ,I am a project employee for almost 5 years,i have a benefits like a regular employee,but in the contract indicated na kapag tapos ang kontrata sa client,also end contract rin kaming mga project employee base on the contract na pinirmahan namin.
My question is, may makukuha po ba kaming separation pay sa company once na tanggalin kami or hindi namin tanggapin ang ibang trabaho na ibibigay samin?

Thanks ahead, hope masagot po nyo ang aking katanungan.

Just to clarify further if regular employee ka and ikaw ang nag refuse ng traabho, wala din separation pay

Even nag stay ka sa company for almost 5yrs or 10yrs.wala rin po ba makukuha any payment if project employee once na tanggalin kami or matapos contract namin?

if valid project employee walang makukuha kahit 20 years ka

if tinanggal ka with a valid reason, pwede habulin kung ano pa yung nalalbi dun sa contract mo. Meaning if tinangal ka today and up to december pa yung contract mo. Pwede mo habulin yung from july 11 to december. This is if hindi valid yung reason sa pag terminate sayo
