Arresto Menor

Good day! Rolling Eyes

It was April 2015 nang umutang ako ng halagang 25,000.00 sa isang 5-6 malapit sa company namin at may 2 co-makers sya ni-require para mapautang ako. So, 25000 payable in 6 mos with 10% interest/month, 15th and 30th ang hulog.

Laughing

that is an unconscionable rate of interest even if you have a written agreement. failure to pay a debt is not a crime.
