Arresto Menor

Good morning,

I am a Korean.

Recently I am having a little trouble with another korean whose son is also korean but known to be a lawyer in the Philippines.

If a Korean or any nationality graduate from Law school and lived long time in the Philippines, can He be a lawyer or can He take and pass the Lawyer license?

He is not a citizen of Philippines. He is not married with Philippina. He is just a Korean.

Please advice me.

And please if you can, give me some link (URL) where I can find the exact terms that a foreigner can be or cannot be.

Thank you.
