Arresto Menor

pwede ba humingi advise..

ang pamangkin ko nabuntis nung sya ay 16 pa lang..ang nakabuntis sa kanya ay 19 anyos na..nung panahon na iyon ang balak sana ay kasuhan na yung lalaki..pero dahil nakiusap na pangangatawan nya ay inunawa sa sya.

makalipas ng panganganak at nasa halos ilang buwan pa lamang ang kanyang anak ay bigla na lang syang nawala ng walang paalam..

hinanap pa siya at nag report sa police para sa missing person..

makalipas ng ilang panahon nalaman na lang na umuwi sa probinsiya para lang takasan ang responsibilidad niya.

pwede pa ba namin siya kasuhan?
