Hello Forum Members,

Quick question lang po. Is it okay for a company's accounting team na magdeduct na ng Pag-ibig, Philhealth, and SSS Employee Share from the Employee's salary kahit hindi pa naman nagssubmit si Employee ng mga numbers nya for these Gov Agencies. The premise is, bago pa po kasi si employee, like first job nya, so kakaprocess palang ng employee ng applications for these agencies. Atm, wala pa number ang employee pero nagdededuct na agad ang accounting. Is it okay for them to do that or should they wait for the numbers to be released before sila magdeduct sa pay ng employee?

Thanks!

It's ok for as long as ipapasok nila yung kinaltas nila pag available na yung number nang employee.
